Tours of the Virtual Care Command Center at CoxHealth available as part of Springfield Tech Week.

Tours take place:
Monday, March 24 at 8am or 4pm.
-Tour lasts approximately one hour.
-Limited to 15 participants per tour.

The CoxHealth Virtual Care Command Center is a dedicated team of experienced registered nurses, respiratory therapists, physicians, and advanced practice nurses who collaborate seamlessly with bedside teams from the on-site command center. Through two-way video calls, these healthcare professionals also interact directly with patients in our hospitals, assisting with documentation and monitoring vital signs, medication, test results, and other critical information to support care decisions.

This innovative technology provides CoxHealth patients with an extra layer of care and observation. By leveraging the latest advancements, this program further enhances CoxHealth's mission to elevate patient care through improved coordination, communication, and support for both patients and care teams.
