Jonathan Baltzell, incoming President of Banking Solutions and Senior Managing Director from Jack Henry presents. Speaker Bio: Jonathan Baltzell is the incoming President of Banking Solutions. At Jack Henry, a well-rounded financial technology company that strengthens connections between financial institutions and the people and businesses they serve. In this position, he is responsible for the operational and strategic direction of the banking division of the company.
Baltzell began his career with Jack Henry in March 2001 as an installation programmer for the SilverLake core banking system. He served several roles with Jack Henry Banking Solutions over the following eight years including conversion coordinator and lead technical resource. In 2009, Baltzell started a new department at Jack Henry known as Cloud Services, the mission of which was to provide over 100 disparate Jack Henry software products as services within a common outsourcing environment. In 2017, he returned to Jack Henry’s core business to lead its cloud-based core processing operations for both banks and credit unions across all four of Jack Henry’s core platforms. In January 2024, Baltzell was named incoming President of Banking Solutions.
Baltzell earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management degree from Western Governors University. He resides in Monett, MO, where he enjoys spending time with his two kids, fly fishing, camping, and working on the farm. In addition to his professional career, Baltzell has also been involved in philanthropy with the Child Advocacy Center in Springfield, MO, a 501(c)(3) organization devoted to ending the abuse of every child victim who walks through their door. During his six-year service on the Board of Directors, Baltzell also served as Board president in 2015.
