Dev Night Discussion: How to make a Sandwich
**************************************
This is an event format requested a few years ago, an event where us devs will watch an interesting video and then discuss it.
In this case, it'll be a talk given by Dan North titled: "How to Make a Sandwich." It's actually not about making sandwiches (but we can totally have a talk like that in the future if you all want, I know some people who work at Subway) but about how we give feedback, when it's effective, when it's counterproductive, and things like that.
It's about a ~30ish minute talk and then we'll break apart into our tables, talk about what we liked about the talk, what we didn't, our own experience with giving and receiving feedback, how it applies to our day-to-day jobs, etc. Pen and paper will be provided so you can take notes or you can bring your own note-taking methods.
Due to the nature of this kind of event, it will have to be in-person only (no twitch stream), but if any of you have ideas on how to make it work as a remote event as well please let us know.
